CM HTP and HTG Clevis Trolleys can easily be installed in seconds for exact positioning or seamless traversing of loads with manual or powered hoists. These universal trolleys are compatible with nearly any Columbus McKinnon hoist brand or model.
A plain trolley is a trolley that requires manual push input to move the trolley along the beam. There is no motor drive.
A geared trolley is a trolley that has a hand wheel, like a manual hoist, that is attached to gear(s) that drive the wheels. These require manual input to operate. There is no motor drive.
A plain trolley or a geared trolley can be used in any number of applications. Manual trolleys are ideal for lower-capacity applications that only need to move a load a short distance. Unlike motorized trolleys, these trolleys require manual push force to advance them along the beam. For example, a manual trolley would be ideal for a work cell or workstation where the operator uses the hoist to move something within that area. They are not ideal for high-productivity applications.
The CM® HTP & HTG Clevis Trolley is an easy installation trolley. Watch as Rob Bruno demonstrates the install process.
Adjust the flange width in a matter of seconds by turning the trolley axle, eliminating the need for loose parts, including spacer washers, when installing the trolley.
HTP and HTG Clevis Trolleys are compatible with nearly any Columbus McKinnon hoist brand or model, so you’re free to use whatever manual or powered hoist you have or need. Trolleys with a capacity of 5 tons or less have A & B models adjustable to fit a wide range of beam widths and profiles.
Adjustments are made by rotating the clevis load bar, ensuring the centered positioning of the hoist in the clevis to prevent creeping to the left or right. Trolley wheels are pre-lubricated with encapsulated ball bearings for smooth rolling. Trolleys are equipped with wrap-around steel trolley guards that protect the trolley and also provide drop protection. Rubber bumpers are available as optional equipment.
Available for all capacities, spark-resistant trolleys are equipped with bronze wheels, rubber bumpers as standard equipment, and stainless steel hand chain on geared trolleys.
