Modular - Translating Ball Screw
Modular Actuators
Modular actuators can be easily adapted to different applications by combining or modifying modules. They can be scaled up or down to meet specific force and speed requirements, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. Individual modules can be replaced or repaired without affecting the entire system, reducing downtime.
Features and Benefits
- Corrosion-Resistant Outer Aluminum Tube
Protects translating tube, lifting screw and nut. - Wiper-Scraper Seal at the End of Outer Tube
Prevents contaminants, such as dirt, dust, mud, and moisture, from entering the actuator's internal components as the rod extends and retracts. Provides crucial protection and contributes to the system's longevity and performance - Bronze Guide Bushing in the Outer Tube
Reduces lateral movement of translating tube. - Enhanced Corrosion Resistance
The translating tube is zinc coated for weather-resistance. - Single or Quadruple lead ball-bearing type lifting screw and nut for higher efficiency and longer life.
Single-lead ball screws provide higher load capacity, greater accuracy and enhanced rigidity.
Quadruple-lead ball screws provide reduced motor speed but faster lifting speed and have multi-start advantage. - Vented Outer Tube
Prevents pressure build-up in the actuator. - Furnished with Standard Clevis End on Translating Tube
