Dan Beilfuss Named 2021 Chairperson of the Year by the Chamber of Greater Menomonee Falls & Sussex

Congratulations to Dan Beilfuss, Director of Sales, Americas, for the Crane Solutions Group for being named the 2021 Chairperson of the Year by the Chamber of Greater Menomonee Falls & Sussex!

Dan has been with Columbus McKinnon for 22 years and has been working in the lifting industry for 30 years. He joined the Chamber of Greater Menomonee Falls & Sussex in 2013 and participated in the Leadership Menomonee Falls (LMF) program prior to becoming the program’s Chairperson.

The Chairperson of the Year award is given to the Chamber Chairperson who has done an outstanding job of committee leadership to produce successful programs, projects, or events. Dan was selected for his role and guidance in reimagining the program in 2021 to focus on leadership skills and servant leadership in the business community. Together with a dedicated LMF Committee team, he used his experience from participating in the program and his own leadership experience, along with feedback from past participants, to revamp the program.

Through the LMF program, participants gain a deeper understanding of Menomonee Falls, strengthen their leadership skills, and network with community resources, including opportunities to give back by volunteering – all qualities of strong, inspiring leaders. A recent participant of the revamped LMF program was CMCO’s Miranda Daucher, a member of our Human Resources team.

Dan will receive his award during the Chamber Annual Awards Banquet on January 27, 2022.
