Connecting Shaft ZR

Highly flexible connecting shafts ZR connect individual drive elements to complete lifting systems with a central drive.

They dampen vibrations and shocks, compensate for axial, radial and and angular misalignments and can be used up to critical speed without pedestal bearings (see speed-length diagram).

By using pedestal bearings, the shaft length L can be doubled or quadrupled. However, in the case of a one-piece
limited by the commercially available tube length to a length of 6 m.

4 different designs are available for different speed ranges and requirements.

ZR range:
Rotary speed range: n= 1500 min-1
Operating temperature: - 40 to 90°C (briefly up to 120 °C)
