Dixie Pike Poles are manufactured to withstand extensive use of handling timber in and around water. All pike hooks are manufactured from a single piece of high carbon steel and drop forged.

Ash Handle:
- All Ash handles are second growth American Ash - with straight grain throughout the entire handle length.
- Ash is used in Pike Poles because it is lighter in weight than other woods and offers extremely long grains increasing resiliency to tearing before breaking.
- NOTE: Poles over 8ft in length only ship via SAIA, Averitt, or Dayton
